There’s been a shortage because of COVID and other things like projects being backed up and now that things are moving again its causing crazy lead times.

Anti-vibration feet mounts could be used to dampen the vibration to help with structural stability.

Using Leveling feet will be good choice to provide support and stability to the structure.

During Recycling, aluminum recovery rate is much higher compared to steel and iron. This greatly helps the environment.

I didn’t know that, I was having a hard time cleaning t-slot channels using brushes and a blower. Will definitely give it a try.

I have basic XY assembly drill. Was using the assembly without cleaning the chips and they accumulated in the extrusion cavity. With the build-up in the channel, the movement became rough. But no, I have never had it break or bend on me.

When Solar panels are placed in the ground with Steel or iron mounts , their support tends to detiorate due to moisture and water. As the support rusts they would need periodic replacements. Which won’t be needed incase of Aluminium Mounts.

Kids are mostly spending time indoors studying. I think it would be more cool if you made a goal post or basketball net in outdoor instead of the activity board.

T-Slots would be a good choice in the kitchen. As the aluminum doesn’t rust and it’s maintenance would be easy.

The rent of trade shows are very high. Usually companies book small area, to reduce their cost. In this reduced space T-Slot poster display provide effective display and are appealing to the eye.

The Welded Structures strength depends mainly on the skill of the welder. If the welder is unskilled, it would result in weak structure. It would be hard to maintain even structure strength by using welded steel.

Am Using T-Slots to Create a dismantleable ladder. Since, traditional ladder needs long space to store them. This type of ladder can be stored easily and assembled when required.

T-Slot extrusion tend to accumulate dust after a long time. Using a blower would be a good way to maintain it clean and tidy.

L-Base Levelers can be used to adjust the height and also to level the feets of the structure.

Am working on my own dismantleable ladder usign T-Slot. I need a long ladder and it takes lot of storage space. Hence, trying to create this type of ladder.

The Quality of Aluminum used plays a major role. Some underated companies try to bring cost down by bringing down the quality. It affects the T-Slots durability and Performance.
