Working prolonged hours sitting in my chair is putting a lot of stress on the Spine. I have seen a new workstation which is like a recliner and the monitor and keyboard are fixed so that it enables to work from that angle to reduce weight and stress on the spine. I wonder if I could make such a station with T-Slot?
I could see making that desk with the tilting concept with some E1530 extrusions and a lockable tilt mechanism. You should draw it up and submit it to one of the manufactures to design it in cad and quote it.
Many companies are looking for Ergonomic workstations. This Zero-gravity concept would be a good choice for them I think.
Wow, I am just now hearing about this new concept and really would like to take the time to give this a try. Thanks for this idea.
My self being a CAD designer, used to sit for prolonged hours have developed back pain. Will try this setup and see it helps in reducing the strain on the spinal cord.
Thanks for the idea.
