Hi Sage. For basic t-slot assembly in your home or workshop, a common set of either metric and fractional ball end hex wrenches or what I prefer, are the “T” handle hex wrenches. This will help with the assembly and is mostly what you need if you are ordering your tslot framework pre-drilled/machined. If not, there are jigs and drill bits you can purchase to do the machining yourself.July 9, 2021 at 8:14 am #4539
Recommend ordering them pre-drilled as I find it quite a hassle otherwise. And then a simple hex wrench with a T handle should suffice.July 10, 2021 at 8:53 am #4554
Usually get a 1/4″ T-handle allen wrench and a 3/16″ oneJuly 10, 2021 at 9:53 am #4580
Using the appropriate T handle Allen wrench is enough to assemble any domestic T slot framing structure that is pre-drilled by the manufacturer.July 12, 2021 at 11:26 am #4603
T-slot is designed to be convenient, especially in the pre drilled version you would only need Allen wrench set to install it.July 14, 2021 at 2:44 pm #4647
Hex wrench set would be enough, since they already check your structure assembly before shipping. It would be easy for you to assemble at home.July 15, 2021 at 10:57 am #4692

Not to worry about the tool sets. While doing custom order, you can also select the size of connectors to match the pairs of wrench you have.July 16, 2021 at 3:37 pm #4731
T-Slot is great for a DIY enthusiast. It only requires basic tools like Allen wrenches and ratchets.July 18, 2021 at 7:56 am #4776
