Hi all. What are tilt connectors and where are they used?
July 6, 2021 at 9:05 am #4214foster-aluminumParticipantTilt connectors are light weight profile connectors that is designed to prevent rotation. They grip into the profile for a strong centralized connection and they are inserted into adjacent T-slot and fastened by tightening the angled set screw.

July 12, 2021 at 1:07 pm #4612Gianni-MachineParticipantTilt connectors are used where machining is not feasible.
July 13, 2021 at 2:05 pm #4629AlfonsMachineParticipantWith a threaded insert there is no machining required for installation. This makes the tilt connector ideal for an easy quick connector that can be used at any off-site constructions and solutions were machining is not capable. It also increases the structures strength.
