Chibikart is a very small but powerful maneuverable 2 WD electric go kart that we can build using off the shelf components and T slot aluminum extrusions particularly 80/20. Any hobbyists here?

Chibikikart Is fun, my friend has designed & built it. Many think it as a miniature Go-kart, but actually it’s like the hot rod of Go-karts. Completely customisable and is light weight, the electric motors provide quick acceleration and its low and wide wheel base give good traction and control. Extremely fun to ride.

Sounds fun, but I doubt if we can drive it on the public road.

Saw my neighbour’s son riding one in the street.
Didn’t know it was called Chibikart.

Chibikart is gaining popularity among DIY enthusiasts. As they provide a good racing feeling. And is easy to construct and maintain.

Being a huge motorsport fan, the possibility to build my own kart car is priceless. I have my Chibikart fitted with brushless Permanent. Magnet electric motor. It’s great and super reliable to drive.

Chibikart is a great project to encourage students to be creative. They can build their own frame design, mechanisms and can have fun at the same time.

This seems like a fun project to give a try. I’d be interested to see how it turns out.
