Can T-Slot extrusion frames be assembled on site?

We do it all the time on site. Just send your specs to the manufacturer and the kit is shipped complete with T-slot extrusions, fasteners, brackets, panels etc. These can be assembled by DIY enthusiasts at their place of choice. Since they aren’t too heavy and require no drilling or riveting, the assembly can be done fairly quickly with a low labor cost.

Yes and for the same reason, shipping the components becomes less cumbersome.

I always prefer to do it myself. I send my design to the manufacturer and they get back with CAD and quote for materials. Once it is finalized then we are good to go. Everything arrives at my doorstep and in a few days my assembly would be ready.

Yes, why wouldn’t they be able to?

T-slot extrusion are basically designed for easy assembly. It can be easily transported in parts and can be easily assembled at the site. Instead of Shipping as whole unit which is challenging for logistics.

T-slot is manufactured part by part with the provision to be assembled later. This makes it easy to be transported to the site and assembled there.
